The average house price in West Lothian rose by 2.0% in the third quarter of 2017, compared to the third quarter of 2016. The Volume of detached property sold in West Lothian rose by 6.1% in the third quarter of 2017 compared to the third quarter of 2016. In Scotland as a whole the volume of detached residential property sold in the third quarter of 2017 rose by 3.8% compared to the third quarter of 2016.
