Your Proven
Estate Agency Team

A Dedicated Team for You

Many other estate agents and solicitors offer customers a one stop solution to people moving house, trying to sell conveyancing, mortgages and other financial products as well as estate agency. We think this is wrong.

At Paul Rolfe we believe that by focusing solely on estate agency we deliver what our clients really want, the best price possible for their property. Exceptional estate agency makes a massive difference to the results we achieve for our clients.

With years of combined experience in sales and marketing including international estate agency, we are constantly innovating and improving our service.

In an unregulated industry, we are qualified and licensed members of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), we take a professional approach to everything we do for our clients.

We are immensely proud to rank within the top 5% of UK estate agents, according to the Best Estate Agent Guide 2018.

Our People

Paul Rolfe employs a growing team of experienced property professionals that allows us to provide a high level of personal service to all of our clients. We’re here to help you.

Paul Rolfe

Director

Following a career in IT, as a house buyer moving to Scotland Paul was rather underwhelmed by his experience of estate agents at the time and subsequently founded our estate agency practice 15 years ago with fellow director Martin Platt, convinced he could deliver a far superior service for house sellers.

Martin Platt
MNAEA MARLA

Director

After 20 years in book publishing, Martin founded the estate agency practice together with Paul. Martin has been a qualified licenced member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) for over 12 years, and also gained his Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) qualification in 2017.

Chris Platt

Director

After gaining wide and valuable experience with a number of well recognised estate and letting agencies across the central belt, Chris joined the family business, and is now responsible for managing all day to day operations.

Julie Scott
FCCA

Accountant

A qualified Accountant for more than 10 years, Julie is another member of the extended family that owns Paul Sales & Letting, and as well as dealing with the day to day accounts Julie looks after the processing of rents and payments to our Landlord clients.

Fraser Neary
