Lettings Negotiator

Our residential letting business continues to grow and we are looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to join our busy team of professionals who manage around 350 properties.
The right person should ideally have one or more years of experience in letting and be able to demonstrate good communication and administrative skills, be friendly and considerate, show attention to the detail and possess the ability to work in an organised manner to deadlines.
The Role: – Letting properties – marketing new stock, booking and carrying out viewings – Vetting potential tenants, negotiating leases and arranging tenancy agreements – Ensuring all properties are compliant with regulations – Liaising with colleagues regarding move ins, inspections and check outs – Arranging repairs and maintenance, liaising with contractors/landlords/tenants – Completing all connected admin including use of lettings software
Our ideal person: – Has a minimum of 1 years of residential letting experience – Is ARLA qualified or working towards this – Reliable, presentable, motivated and friendly – Lives in West Lothian/Falkirk/Stirling or the surrounding area
Hours: 37.5 hours per week to cover office opening hours and appointments.
Holidays: 28 days per annum (including bank holidays)

You must have full UK driving licence for this role.
